Dr. Teso works with adolescents and young adults who have experienced traumatic events, with an emphasis on traumatic grief and loss. She utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy to help clients alleviate symptoms of trauma. She is available to provide services via a secure online video platform to anyone in Arizona. She offers online therapy sessions via a secure online platform. You will be able to see and hear each other through the video chat program, allowing for more flexible scheduling.
